Nude vinyasa yoga for men with Yogi-Saya (all levels)
Do you enjoy giving and receiving a massage? With other men in a safe and consensual setting? Then this late evening workshop is for you.
Massages help you to relax and relieve stress, preparing you to sleep soundly. Sadly, many of us come from communities where we touch each other rarely. A massage provides mutually beneficial touch for both partners. Skin to skin contact triggers serotonin and oxytocin, neurotransmitters that induce calm and happy feelings. Would you like to relax more and sleep better? Then join us.
The massage practice is for men who like to touch and be touched by others. You will be given techniques to practice with, but your own creativity is also allowed as long as long as there is consent between both parties. It is recommended to not have any strong physical complaints at the time of the class. You should be able to give a massage in return after you have received a massage. As a recipient of a massage, it is also recommended to have some flexibility in your body. Even though you are taught massage techniques, this is not a massage course with a diploma.
The nude vinyasa yoga class (advertised in this group as well) from 8-9:15 pm in the same space is the perfect preparation for this workshop!
